[4:5]  ² sn Trust in the Lord. The psalmist urges his enemies to make peace with God and become his followers.

[78:36]  ³ tn Heb “with their mouth.”

[78:36]  ⁴ tn Heb “and with their tongue they lied to him.”

[116:13]  ⁵ tn Heb “a cup of deliverance I will lift up.” Perhaps this alludes to a drink offering the psalmist will present as he thanks the Lord for his deliverance. See v. 17.
