8:5 I and all the troops ¹  who are with me will approach the city. When they come out to fight us like before, we will retreat from them.

Yosua 15:3

15:3 extended ²  south of the Scorpion Ascent, ³  crossed to Zin, went up from the south to Kadesh Barnea, crossed to Hezron, went up to Addar, and turned toward Karka.

Yosua 18:14

18:14 It then turned on the west side southward from the hill near Beth Horon on the south and extended to Kiriath Baal (that is, Kiriath Jearim), a city belonging to the tribe ⁴  of Judah. This is the western border. ⁵

23:12 But if you ever turn away and make alliances with ⁶  these nations that remain near you, ⁷  and intermarry with them and establish friendly relations with them, ⁸

[23:12]  ⁶ tn Heb “and hug.”

[23:12]  ⁷ tn Heb “the remnant of the these nations, these nations that are with you.”
