Israel Crosses the Jordan

3:1 Bright and early the next morning Joshua and the Israelites left Shittim and came to the Jordan. ¹  They camped there before crossing the river. ² 

Yosua 8:9

8:9 Joshua sent them away and they went to their hiding place ³  west of Ai, between Bethel ⁴  and Ai. ⁵  Joshua spent that night with the army. ⁶ 

Yosua 18:3

18:3 So Joshua said to the Israelites: “How long do you intend to put off occupying ⁷  the land the Lord God of your ancestors ⁸  has given you?
