Yesaya 30:12

30:12 For this reason this is what the Holy One of Israel says:

“You have rejected this message; ¹ 

you trust instead in your ability to oppress and trick, ² 

and rely on that kind of behavior. ³ 

Yesaya 45:24

45:24 they will say about me,

“Yes, the Lord is a powerful deliverer.”’” ⁴ 

All who are angry at him will cower before him. ⁵ 

Yesaya 59:18

59:18 He repays them for what they have done,

dispensing angry judgment to his adversaries

and punishing his enemies. ⁶ 

He repays the coastlands. ⁷
