Ulangan 30:4

30:4 Even if your exiles are in the most distant land, ¹  from there the Lord your God will gather you and bring you back.

Yesaya 11:12

11:12 He will lift a signal flag for the nations;

he will gather Israel’s dispersed people ² 

and assemble Judah’s scattered people

from the four corners of the earth.

[30:4]  ¹ tn Heb “are at the farthest edge of the heavens.” The Hebrew term שָׁמַיִם (shamayim) may be translated “heaven(s)” or “sky” depending on the context.

[11:12]  ² tn Or “the banished of Israel,” i.e., the exiles.
