1:45 All the Israelites who were twenty years old or older, who could serve in Israel’s army, were numbered ¹  according to their families.

Bilangan 26:64

26:64 But there was not a man among these who had been ²  among those numbered by Moses and Aaron the priest when they numbered the Israelites in the wilderness of Sinai.

[1:45]  ¹ tn Literally the text has, “and all the numbered of the Israelites were according to their families.” The verb in the sentence is actually without a complement (see v. 46).

[26:64]  ² tn “who had been” is added to clarify the text.
