Nehemia 9:6

9:6 You alone are the LORD. You made the heavens, even the highest heavens, ¹  along with all their multitude of stars, ²  the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them. You impart life to them all, and the multitudes of heaven worship you.

8:4 Of what importance is the human race, ³  that you should notice ⁴  them?

Of what importance is mankind, ⁵  that you should pay attention to them, ⁶

[8:4]  ³ tn Heb “What is man[kind]?” The singular noun אֱנוֹשׁ (’enosh, “man”) is used here in a collective sense and refers to the human race.
