73:16 When I tried to make sense of this,

it was troubling to me. ¹

Teach me your statutes!

Mazmur 122:9

122:9 For the sake of the temple of the Lord our God

I will pray for you to prosper. ³ 

[73:16]  ¹ tn Heb “and [when] I pondered to understand this, troubling it [was] in my eyes.”

[119:12]  ² tn Heb “[are] blessed.”

[122:9]  ³ tn Heb “I will seek good for you.” The psalmist will seek Jerusalem’s “good” through prayer.
