Matius 15:36

15:36 he took the seven loaves and the fish, and after giving thanks, he broke them and began giving them to the disciples, who then gave them to the crowds. ¹ 

Matius 26:5

26:5 But they said, “Not during the feast, so that there won’t be a riot among the people.” ² 

[15:36]  ¹ tn Grk “was giving them to the disciples, and the disciples to the crowd.”

[26:5]  ² sn The suggestion here is that Jesus was too popular to openly arrest him.
