1:31 God saw all that he had made – and it was very good! ¹  There was evening, and there was morning, the sixth day.

Kejadian 24:25

24:25 We have plenty of straw and feed,” she added, ²  “and room for you ³  to spend the night.”

[1:31]  ¹ tn The Hebrew text again uses הִנֵּה (hinneh) for the sake of vividness. It is a particle that goes with the gesture of pointing, calling attention to something.

[24:25]  ² tn Heb “and she said, ‘We have plenty of both straw and feed.’” The order of the introductory clause has been rearranged in the translation for stylistic reasons.
