Imamat 4:24

4:24 He must lay his hand on the head of the male goat and slaughter ¹  it in the place where the burnt offering is slaughtered before the Lord – it is a sin offering.

This could also be supported from the verbs in the following verse, and it requires only a repointing of the Hebrew text with no change in consonants. See the remarks in J. E. [14:45]  ¹¹ tn Smr, LXX, Syriac, and Tg. Ps.-J. have the plural verb, perhaps suggesting a passive translation, “The house…shall be torn down” (cf. NAB, NIV, TEV, NLT, and see the note on v. 4b above).
