8:15 They did not neglect any detail of the king’s orders pertaining to the priests, Levites, and treasuries. ¹

34:2 He did what the Lord approved ²  and followed in his ancestor David’s footsteps; ³  he did not deviate to the right or the left.

20:32 He followed in his father Asa’s footsteps and was careful to do what the Lord approved. ⁴ 

2 Tawarikh 20:10

20:10 Now the Ammonites, Moabites, and men from Mount Seir are coming! ⁵  When Israel came from the land of Egypt, you did not allow them to invade these lands. ⁶  They bypassed them and did not destroy them.

2 Tawarikh 34:33

34:33 Josiah removed all the detestable idols from all the areas belonging to the Israelites and encouraged ⁷  all who were in Israel to worship the Lord their God. Throughout the rest of his reign ⁸  they did not turn aside from following the Lord God of their ancestors.

18:31 When the chariot commanders saw Jehoshaphat, they said, “He must be the king of Israel!” So they turned and attacked him, but Jehoshaphat cried out. The Lord helped him; God lured them away from him.
