2 Korintus 2:13

2:13 I had no relief in my spirit, ¹  because I did not find my brother Titus there. So I said good-bye to them ²  and set out ³  for Macedonia.

2 Korintus 3:16

3:16 but when one ⁴  turns to the Lord, the veil is removed. ⁵

[2:13]  ³ tn Since this refers to the outset of a journey, the aorist ἐξῆλθον (exhlqon) is taken ingressively.

[3:16]  ⁴ tn Or perhaps “when(ever) he turns,” referring to Moses.

[3:16]  ⁵ sn An allusion to Exod 34:34. The entire verse may refer to Moses, viewing him as a type portraying the Jewish convert to Christianity in Paul’s day.
