1:7 And our hope for you is steadfast because we know that as you share in ¹  our sufferings, so also you will share in ²  our comfort.

2 Korintus 10:14

10:14 For we were not overextending ourselves, as though we did not reach as far as you, because we were the first to reach as far as you with the gospel about Christ. ³ 

2 Korintus 12:15

12:15 Now I will most gladly spend and be spent for your lives! ⁴  If I love you more, am I to be loved less?

[10:14]  ³ tn Grk “with the gospel of Christ,” but since Χριστοῦ (Cristou) is clearly an objective genitive here, it is better to translate “with the gospel about Christ.”
