1 Tawarikh 14:2

14:2 David realized that the Lord had established him as king over Israel and that he had elevated ¹  his kingdom for the sake of his people Israel.

1 Tawarikh 29:9

29:9 The people were delighted with their donations, for they contributed to the Lord with a willing attitude; ²  King David was also very happy. ³ 

[14:2]  ¹ tn Heb “was lifted upwards.”

[29:9]  ² tn Heb “with a complete heart.”

[29:9]  ³ tn Heb “was rejoiced with great joy.”
