1 Raja-raja 2:8

2:8 “Note well, you still have to contend with Shimei son of Gera, the Benjaminite from Bahurim, ¹  who tried to call down upon me a horrible judgment when I went to Mahanaim. ²  He came down and met me at the Jordan, and I solemnly promised ³  him by the Lord, ‘I will not strike you down ⁴  with the sword.’

13:4 When the king heard what the prophet ⁵  cried out against the altar in Bethel, Jeroboam, standing at the altar, extended his hand ⁶  and ordered, ⁷  “Seize him!” The hand he had extended shriveled up ⁸  and he could not pull it back.

14:2 Jeroboam told his wife, “Disguise ⁹  yourself so that people cannot recognize you are Jeroboam’s wife. Then go to Shiloh; Ahijah the prophet, who told me I would rule over this nation, lives there. ¹⁰
