Yosua 8:22

8:22 At the same time the men who had taken the city came out to fight, and the men of Ai were trapped in the middle. ¹  The Israelites struck them down, leaving no survivors or refugees.

Yosua 8:24

8:24 When Israel had finished killing all the men ²  of Ai who had chased them toward the desert ³  (they all fell by the sword), ⁴  all Israel returned to Ai and put the sword to it.

Yosua 10:6

10:6 The men of Gibeon sent this message to Joshua at the camp in Gilgal, “Do not abandon ⁵  your subjects! ⁶  Rescue us! Help us! For all the Amorite kings living in the hill country are attacking us.” ⁷ 

Yosua 10:11-12

10:11 As they fled from Israel on the slope leading down from ⁸  Beth Horon, the Lord threw down on them large hailstones from the sky, ⁹  all the way to Azekah. They died – in fact, more died from the hailstones than the Israelites killed with the sword.

10:12 The day the Lord delivered the Amorites over to the Israelites, Joshua prayed to the Lord before Israel: ¹⁰ 

“O sun, stand still over Gibeon!

O moon, over the Valley of Aijalon!”

Yosua 24:17

24:17 For the Lord our God took us and our fathers out of slavery ¹¹  in the land of Egypt ¹²  and performed these awesome miracles ¹³  before our very eyes. He continually protected us as we traveled and when we passed through nations. ¹⁴
