Yosua 1:2

1:2 “Moses my servant is dead. Get ready! ¹  Cross the Jordan River! ²  Lead these people into the land which I am ready to hand over to them. ³ 

Yosua 9:13

9:13 These wineskins we filled were brand new, but look how they have ripped. Our clothes and sandals have worn out because it has been a very long journey.”

Yosua 9:23

9:23 Now you are condemned to perpetual servitude as woodcutters and water carriers for the house of my God.” ⁴

19:9 Simeon’s assigned land was taken from Judah’s allotted portion, for Judah’s territory was too large for them; so Simeon was assigned land within Judah. ¹¹ 

Yosua 23:6

23:6 Be very strong! Carefully obey ¹²  all that is written in the law scroll of Moses so you won’t swerve from it to the right or the left,
