Ecclesiastes 8:6

8:6 For there is a proper time and procedure for every matter,

for the oppression ¹  of the king ²  is severe upon his victim. ³ 

Ecclesiastes 10:5

10:5 I have seen another ⁴  misfortune ⁵  on the earth: ⁶ 

It is an error a ruler makes. ⁷
