3:28 He said to them, “Follow me, for the Lord is about to defeat your enemies, the Moabites!” ¹  They followed him, captured the fords of the Jordan River ²  opposite Moab, ³  and did not let anyone cross.

18:9 They said, “Come on, let’s attack them, ⁹  for ¹⁰  we saw their land and it is very good. You seem lethargic, ¹¹  but don’t hesitate ¹²  to invade and conquer ¹³  the land.

19:25 The men refused to listen to him, so the Levite ¹⁴  grabbed his concubine and made her go outside. ¹⁵  They raped ¹⁶  her and abused her all night long until morning. They let her go at dawn.
