7:16 Now I have chosen and consecrated this temple by making it my permanent home; ¹  I will be constantly present there. ² 

2 Tawarikh 10:8

10:8 But Rehoboam rejected their advice and consulted the young advisers who served him, with whom he had grown up. ³ 

[7:16]  ¹ tn Heb “for my name to be there perpetually [or perhaps, “forever”].”

[7:16]  ² tn Heb “and my eyes and my heart will be there all the days.”
