1:10 Now give me wisdom and discernment so ¹  I can effectively lead this nation. ²  Otherwise ³  no one is able ⁴  to make judicial decisions for ⁵  this great nation of yours.” ⁶ 

2 Tawarikh 23:7

23:7 The Levites must surround the king. Each of you must hold his weapon in his hand. Whoever tries to enter the temple ⁷  must be killed. You must accompany the king wherever he goes.” ⁸ 

2 Tawarikh 29:5

29:5 He said to them: “Listen to me, you Levites! Now consecrate yourselves, so you can consecrate the temple of the Lord God of your ancestors! ⁹  Remove from the sanctuary what is ceremonially unclean!

34:14 When they took out the silver that had been brought to the Lord’s temple, Hilkiah the priest found the law scroll the Lord had given to Moses.

Josiah’s Reign Ends

35:20 After Josiah had done all this for the temple, ¹⁰  King Necho of Egypt marched up to do battle at Carchemish on the Euphrates River. ¹¹  Josiah marched out to oppose him.
