3:24 And all the prophets, from Samuel and those who followed him, have spoken about and announced ¹  these days.

Kisah Para Rasul 23:17

23:17 Paul called ²  one of the centurions ³  and said, “Take this young man to the commanding officer, ⁴  for he has something to report to him.”

[3:24]  sn All the prophets…have spoken about and announced. What Peter preaches is rooted in basic biblical and Jewish hope as expressed in the OT scriptures.

[23:17]  ² tn Grk “calling…Paul said.” The participle προσκαλεσάμενος (proskalesameno") has been translated as a finite verb due to requirements of contemporary English style.
