Ulangan 4:25

Threat and Blessing following Covenant Disobedience

4:25 After you have produced children and grandchildren and have been in the land a long time,¹ if you become corrupt and make an image of any kind² and do other evil things before the Lord your God that enrage him,³

Ulangan 9:18

9:18 Then I again fell down before the Lord for forty days and nights; I ate and drank nothing because of all the sin you had committed, doing such evil before the Lord as to enrage him.

Ulangan 13:4

13:4 You must follow the Lord your God and revere only him; and you must observe his commandments, obey him, serve him, and remain loyal to him.

Ulangan 26:19

26:19 Then⁴ he will elevate you above all the nations he has made and you will receive praise, fame, and honor.⁵ You will⁶ be a people holy to the Lord your God, as he has said.

Ulangan 31:29

31:29 For I know that after I die you will totally⁷ corrupt yourselves and turn away from the path I have commanded you to walk. Disaster will confront you in the days to come because you will act wickedly⁸ before the Lord, inciting him to anger because of your actions.”⁹

Ulangan 32:43

32:43 Cry out, O nations, with his people,

for he will avenge his servants’ blood;

he will take vengeance against his enemies,

and make atonement for his land and people.
