Roma 1:20

1:20 For since the creation of the world his invisible attributes – his eternal power and divine nature – have been clearly seen, because they are understood through what has been made. So people ¹  are without excuse.

The Condemnation of the Moralist

2:1 ² Therefore ³  you are without excuse, ⁴  whoever you are, ⁵  when you judge someone else. ⁶  For on whatever grounds ⁷  you judge another, you condemn yourself, because you who judge practice the same things.

2:16 For the wise man, like ¹⁴  the fool, will not be remembered for very long, ¹⁵ 

because ¹⁶  in the days to come, both will already have been forgotten. ¹⁷ 

Alas, ¹⁸  the wise man dies – just like ¹⁹  the fool!
