18:19 He brought me out into a wide open place;

he delivered me because he was pleased with me.¹

Yesaya 42:1

The Lord Commissions His Special Servant

42:1 ²“Here is my servant whom I support,

my chosen one in whom I take pleasure.

I have placed my spirit on him;

he will make just decrees³ for the nations.⁴

Matius 3:17
