Mazmur 46:10-11

46:10 He says,¹ “Stop your striving and recognize² that I am God!

I will be exalted³ over⁴ the nations! I will be exalted over⁵ the earth!”

46:11 The Lord who commands armies is on our side!⁶

The God of Jacob⁷ is our protector!⁸ (Selah)

Yesaya 30:7

30:7 Egypt is totally incapable of helping.⁹

For this reason I call her

‘Proud one¹⁰ who is silenced.’”¹¹
