Versi:

Mazmur 30:7

30:7 O Lord, in your good favor you made me secure.

Then you rejected me and I was terrified.

Yesaya 8:17

8:17 I will wait patiently for the Lord,

who has rejected the family of Jacob;

I will wait for him.

Yesaya 12:1

12:1 At that time you will say:

“I praise you, O Lord,

for even though you were angry with me,

your anger subsided, and you consoled me.

Yesaya 50:2

50:2 Why does no one challenge me when I come?

Why does no one respond when I call?

Is my hand too weak to deliver you?

Do I lack the power to rescue you?

Look, with a mere shout I can dry up the sea;

I can turn streams into a desert,

so the fish rot away and die

from lack of water.

Yesaya 54:6-8

54:6 “Indeed, the Lord will call you back

like a wife who has been abandoned and suffers from depression, 10

like a young wife when she has been rejected,” says your God.

54:7 “For a short time I abandoned 11  you,

but with great compassion I will gather you.

54:8 In a burst 12  of anger I rejected you 13  momentarily,

but with lasting devotion I will have compassion on you,”

says your protector, 14  the Lord.

Hosea 5:6

The Futility of Sacrificial Ritual without Moral Obedience

5:6 Although they bring their flocks and herds 15

to seek 16  the favor of the Lord, 17

They will not find him –

he has withdrawn himself from them!

Hosea 5:15

5:15 Then I will return again to my lair

until they have suffered their punishment. 18

Then they will seek me; 19

in their distress they will earnestly seek me.

Matius 15:22-28

15:22 A 20  Canaanite woman from that area came 21  and cried out, 22  “Have mercy on me, Lord, Son of David! My daughter is horribly demon-possessed!” 15:23 But he did not answer her a word. Then 23  his disciples came and begged him, 24  “Send her away, because she keeps on crying out after us.” 15:24 So 25  he answered, “I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.” 15:25 But she came and bowed down 26  before him and said, 27  “Lord, help me!” 15:26 “It is not right 28  to take the children’s bread and throw it to the dogs,” 29  he said. 30  15:27 “Yes, Lord,” she replied, 31  “but even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their masters’ table.” 15:28 Then 32  Jesus answered her, “Woman, 33  your faith is great! Let what you want be done for you.” And her daughter was healed from that hour.

Wahyu 3:19

3:19 All those 34  I love, I rebuke and discipline. So be earnest and repent!
