Amsal 18:11

18:11 The wealth¹ of a rich person is like² a strong city,³

and it is like a high wall in his imagination.⁴

But the advantage of knowledge is this:

Wisdom preserves the life¹³ of its owner.

Yeremia 9:23

“Wise people should not boast that they are wise.

Powerful people should not boast that they are powerful.¹⁵

Rich people should not boast that they are rich.¹⁶
