Amsal 1:26

1:26 so ¹  I myself will laugh ²  when disaster strikes you, ³ 

I will mock when what you dread ⁴  comes,

Yesaya 1:24

1:24 Therefore, the sovereign Lord who commands armies, ⁵ 

the powerful ruler of Israel, ⁶  says this:

“Ah, I will seek vengeance ⁷  against my adversaries,

I will take revenge against my enemies. ⁸ 

Yehezkiel 5:13

5:13 Then my anger will be fully vented; I will exhaust my rage on them, and I will be appeased. ⁹  Then they will know that I, the Lord, have spoken in my jealousy ¹⁰  when I have fully vented my rage against them.

Yehezkiel 33:11

33:11 Say to them, ‘As surely as I live, declares the sovereign Lord, I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but prefer that the wicked change his behavior ¹¹  and live. Turn back, turn back from your evil deeds! ¹²  Why should you die, O house of Israel?’
