Nehemia 10:38
10:38 A priest of Aaron’s line
1 will be with the Levites when the Levites collect the tithes, and the Levites will bring up a tenth of the tithes to the temple of our God, to the storerooms of the treasury.
Nehemia 13:13
13:13 I gave instructions
2 that Shelemiah the priest, Zadok the scribe, and a certain Levite named Pedaiah be put in charge of
3 the storerooms, and that Hanan son of Zaccur, the son of Mattaniah, be their assistant,
4 for they were regarded as trustworthy. It was then their responsibility to oversee the distribution to their colleagues.
