Imamat 10:6

10:6 Then Moses said to Aaron and to Eleazar and Ithamar his other two sons, “Do not¹ dishevel the hair of your heads² and do not tear your garments, so that you do not die and so that wrath does not come on the whole congregation. Your brothers, all the house of Israel, are to mourn the burning which the Lord has caused,³

Imamat 19:27-28

19:27 You must not round off the corners of the hair on your head or ruin the corners of your beard.⁴ 19:28 You must not slash your body for a dead person⁵ or incise a tattoo on yourself.⁶ I am the Lord.

Ulangan 14:1

The Holy and the Profane
