17:6 I will be standing
1 before you there on
2 the rock in Horeb, and you will strike
3 the rock, and water will come out of it so that the people may drink.”
4 And Moses did so in plain view

Yesaya 41:18
41:18 I will make streams flow down the slopes
and produce springs in the middle of the valleys.
I will turn the desert into a pool of water
and the arid land into springs.
