46:32 The men are shepherds;
1 they take care of livestock.
2 They have brought their flocks and their herds and all that they have.’

46:1 So Israel began his journey, taking with him all that he had. 3 When he came to Beer Sheba 4 he offered sacrifices to the God of his father Isaac.

5 replied, “There is still the youngest one, but he’s taking care of the flock.” Samuel said to Jesse, “Send and get him, for we cannot turn our attention to other things until he comes here.”
