6:44 No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him,¹ and I will raise him up at the last day.

1:4 Draw me² after you; let us hurry!³

May the king⁴ bring⁵ me into his⁶ bedroom chambers!⁷

The Maidens⁸ to the Lover:

We will⁹ rejoice and delight in you;¹⁰

The Beloved to Her Lover:

How rightly¹² the young women¹³ adore you!

11:4 I led them with leather¹⁴ cords,
