Version:

Ayub 4:17-19

4:17 “Is a mortal man righteous before God?

Or a man pure before his Creator?

4:18 If God puts no trust in his servants 10

and attributes 11  folly 12  to his angels,

4:19 how much more to those who live in houses of clay, 13

whose foundation is in the dust,

who are crushed 14  like 15  a moth?

Ayub 9:2

9:2 “Truly, 16  I know that this is so.

But how 17  can a human 18  be just before 19  God? 20

Ayub 15:14-16

15:14 What is man that he should be pure,

or one born of woman, that he should be righteous?

15:15 If God places no trust in his holy ones, 21

if even the heavens 22  are not pure in his eyes,

15:16 how much less man, who is abominable and corrupt, 23

who drinks in evil like water! 24

Mazmur 130:3

130:3 If you, O Lord, were to keep track of 25  sins,

O Lord, who could stand before you? 26

Mazmur 143:2

143:2 Do not sit in judgment on 27  your servant,

for no one alive is innocent before you. 28

Roma 3:19-20

3:19 Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under 29  the law, so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world may be held accountable to God. 3:20 For no one is declared righteous before him 30  by the works of the law, 31  for through the law comes 32  the knowledge of sin.

Roma 5:1

The Expectation of Justification

5:1 33 Therefore, since we have been declared righteous by faith, we have 34  peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,
