9:21 ‘Death has climbed in 1 through our windows.
It has entered into our fortified houses.
It has taken away our children who play in the streets.
It has taken away our young men who gather in the city squares.’
50:27 Kill all her soldiers! 2

their houses will be looted
and their wives raped.
13:17 Look, I am stirring up the Medes to attack them; 22
they are not concerned about silver,
nor are they interested in gold. 23
13:18 Their arrows will cut young men to ribbons; 24
