1:20 So God treated the midwives well,
1 and the people multiplied and became very strong.
Kejadian 46:26-27
46:26 All the direct descendants of Jacob who went to Egypt with him were sixty-six in number. (This number does not include the wives of Jacob’s sons.) 2
46:27 Counting the two sons 3 of Joseph who were born to him in Egypt, all the people of the household of Jacob who were in Egypt numbered seventy. 4
Ulangan 10:22
10:22 When your ancestors went down to Egypt, they numbered only seventy, but now the
Lord your God has made you as numerous as the stars of the sky.
