Keluaran 15:23-25

15:23 Then they came to Marah,¹ but they were not able to drink² the waters of Marah, because³ they were bitter.⁴ (That is⁵ why its name was⁶ Marah.)

15:24 So the people murmured⁷ against Moses, saying, “What can⁸ we drink?” 15:25 He cried out to the Lord, and the Lord showed him⁹ a tree.¹⁰ When Moses¹¹ threw it into the water, the water became safe to drink. There the Lord¹² made for them¹³ a binding ordinance,¹⁴ and there he tested¹⁵ them.

Keluaran 15:2

15:2 The Lord¹⁶ is my strength and my song,¹⁷

and he has become my salvation.

This is my God, and I will praise him,¹⁸

my father’s God, and I will exalt him.

blood and fire and clouds of smoke.

2:20 The sun will be changed to darkness

and the moon to blood

2:22 “Men of Israel,²⁴ listen to these words: Jesus the Nazarene, a man clearly attested to you by God with powerful deeds,²⁵ wonders, and miraculous signs²⁶ that God performed among you through him, just as you yourselves know –

Yehezkiel 47:8-11

47:8 He said to me, “These waters go out toward the eastern region and flow down into the Arabah; when they enter the Dead Sea,²⁷ where the sea is stagnant,²⁸ the waters become fresh.²⁹ 47:9 Every living creature which swarms where the river³⁰ flows will live; there will be many fish, for these waters flow there. It will become fresh³¹ and everything will live where the river flows. 47:10 Fishermen will stand beside it; from Engedi to En-eglaim they will spread nets. They will catch many kinds of fish, like the fish of the Great Sea.³² 47:11 But its swamps and its marshes will not become fresh; they will remain salty.
