Paul's Relationship to the Divine Mystery

3:1 For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus¹ for the sake of you Gentiles – 3:2 if indeed² you have heard of the stewardship³ of God’s grace that was given to me for you,

Kolose 1:6

1:6 that has come to you. Just as in the entire world this gospel⁴ is bearing fruit and growing, so it has also been bearing fruit and growing⁵ among you from the first day you heard it and understood the grace of God in truth.

Filipi 1:12-14

Ministry as a Prisoner

1:12 I want you to know, brothers and sisters,⁶ that my situation has actually turned out to advance the gospel:⁷ 1:13 The⁸ whole imperial guard⁹ and everyone else knows¹⁰ that I am in prison¹¹ for the sake of Christ, 1:14 and most of the brothers and sisters,¹² having confidence in the Lord¹³ because of my imprisonment, now more than ever¹⁴ dare to speak the word¹⁵ fearlessly.
