Kisah Para Rasul 16:37-39

16:37 But Paul said to the police officers, “They had us beaten in public without a proper trial – even though we are Roman citizens – and they threw us in prison. And now they want to send us away secretly? Absolutely not! They themselves must come and escort us out!” 16:38 The police officers reported these words to the magistrates. They were frightened when they heard Paul and Silas were Roman citizens 10  16:39 and came 11  and apologized to them. After 12  they brought them out, they asked them repeatedly 13  to leave the city.

Yesaya 66:5

66:5 Hear the word of the Lord,

you who respect what he has to say! 14 

Your countrymen, 15  who hate you

and exclude you, supposedly for the sake of my name,

say, “May the Lord be glorified,

then we will witness your joy.” 16 

But they will be put to shame.

Amos 7:12

7:12 Amaziah then said to Amos, “Leave, you visionary! 17  Run away to the land of Judah! Earn your living 18  and prophesy there!

Markus 5:17

5:17 Then 19  they asked Jesus 20  to leave their region.
