13:38 Therefore let it be known to you, brothers, that through this one¹ forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you,

Yesaya 40:9

40:9 Go up on a high mountain, O herald Zion!

Say to the towns of Judah,

“Here is your God!”

The Lord Will Rejuvenate His People

61:1 The spirit of the sovereign Lord is upon me,
