Ibrani 3:10

3:10Therefore, I became provoked at that generation and said,Their hearts are always wandering and they have not known my ways.

Ibrani 5:4

5:4 And no one assumes this honor on his own initiative, but only when called to it by God, as in fact Aaron was.

Ibrani 11:22

11:22 By faith Joseph, at the end of his life, mentioned the exodus of the sons of Israel and gave instructions about his burial.

Ibrani 13:23

13:23 You should know that our brother Timothy has been released. If he comes soon, he will be with me when I see you.

sn Honor refers here to the honor of the high priesthood.

sn Joseph’s prophecy about the exodus of the sons of Israel is found in Gen 50:24.

tn Grk “about his bones,” which refers by metonymy to the disposition of his bones, i.e., his burial.

sn The instructions about his burial are recorded in Gen 50:25.

tn Grk “has been released, with whom, if he comes soon, I will see you.”
