3:12 Pergilah menyerukan perkataan-perkataan ini ke utara, katakanlah: Kembalilah, hai Israel, perempuan murtad, demikianlah firman TUHAN. Muka-Ku tidak akan muram terhadap kamu, sebab Aku ini murah hati, demikianlah firman TUHAN, tidak akan murka untuk selama-lamanya. 3:13 Hanya akuilah kesalahanmu, bahwa engkau telah mendurhaka terhadap TUHAN, Allahmu, telah melampiaskan cinta berahimu kepada orang-orang asing di bawah setiap pohon yang rimbun, dan tidak mendengarkan suara-Ku, demikianlah firman TUHAN."
