Raja adalah raja atas seluruh Israel dan Yehuda. Kerajaan Daud adalah sebuah negara persatuan, bukan negara kesatuan. Dan negara itu selalu terganggu dari dalam sampai akhirnya pecah menjadi dua kembali, 1Ra 12.
