53:3 (#53-#4) Mereka semua telah menyimpang, sekaliannya telah bejat; tidak ada yang berbuat baik, seorangpun tidak. 53:4 (#53-#5) Tidak sadarkah orang-orang yang melakukan kejahatan, yang memakan habis umat-Ku seperti memakan roti, dan yang tidak berseru kepada Allah? 53:5 (#53-#6) Di sanalah mereka ditimpa kekejutan yang besar, padahal tidak ada yang mengejutkan; sebab Allah menghamburkan tulang-tulang para pengepungmu; mereka akan dipermalukan, sebab Allah telah menolak mereka. 53:6 (#53-#7) Ya, datanglah kiranya dari Sion keselamatan bagi Israel! Apabila Allah memulihkan keadaan umat-Nya, maka Yakub akan bersorak-sorak, Israel akan bersukacita.
